A New Direction

You know those weeks where you are just doing your thing and going on your merry little way and then what feels like out of nowhere you stumble across a thought? This thought shakes you to your very core, literally. You then wonder; who am I to do this? How can I do this? Why have I not thought of this yet? Now you cannot stop thinking about it and you want to run straight for it but you have no map to get your there.

I had that kind of week. It was an amazing week and I had a lot of insight from places I did not expect. I realized we often think we are heading in one direction thinking we know exactly where we are going to end up. Funny thing is we actually don’t end up at the destination we planned for. We end up somewhere better.

I used to hate the detours and the unexpected destinations but now I celebrate them. These detours and new destinations have been my “do overs”.  I grow every time, getting to know another side of me that has been waiting for the perfect time to be revealed.

I have not lost my fire with what I have set out to do with Imprinted Legacy but I have come across this detour and I would love for you to join me. The fire and passion has actually lifted to a whole new level. There are going to be changes but don’t worry they will not happen too fast for us to keep up with together.

We are traveling down a new path, one that has not yet been paved. Is this scary? Kind of. Is it worth it? YES!

For this week I am going to end with this:

“Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” –Ralph Waldo Emerson

Until next week my friend,
